How do I get a refund?

How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Account → Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period and won't be charged again.
My iOS Shortcut isn't firing on screenshots.
Check Setup — the most common causes are: the automation isn't set to Run Immediately, Photos access isn't All Photos, Low Power Mode is on, or the shortcut isn't using Get Latest Screenshots as its first action. The Setup page walks through each fix.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll permanently delete your captures, tokens, and profile within 7 days. See Privacy for what we store and why.
A capture came back wrong or empty.
Apple does the OCR on-device, so accuracy depends on the screenshot itself — dark mode, tiny fonts, and dense UI sometimes trip it up. Forward the email you received (or send the original screenshot) and we'll take a look.
I found a bug.
Please email us with a short description, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot if you have one. Bug reports go straight to the top of the queue.
