We want you to love ShotText. If you don't, you can request a full refund within 30 days of any purchase — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at info@northernstory.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account → Manage subscription. After cancelling you keep access until the end of your current billing period; we don't charge you again.
